  • 55 € from October to April
  • 65 € June and September

Tourist tax 

  • July and August € 0.50 per person per day (children under 12 years excluded)

The reservation request can be made by telephone or e-mail:

We will respond by confirming the availability of the room and sending the details for the payment of the deposit. When booking the room, a deposit of 30% of the total is required to guarantee the reservation. The methods for paying the deposit will be communicated to you by email confirming availability. You will then receive confirmation from us of the booking, accompanied by all information relating to the stay and the methods of the deposit to be sent by bank transfer. The rest of the amount must be paid in cash or by debit card upon your arrival. If you are forced to cancel the reservation, you must send a written communication by email. The request for cancellation of the reservation will be governed by the following conditions:

  • For notices of cancellation received before 15 days from the date of arrival, full refund of the sum;
  • For cancellation notices received from the 14th to the 7th day before the arrival date, 50% refund.
  • If the cancellation request is received within seven days prior to the expected arrival, the structure will treat the entire amount paid. The cancellation request must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]
  • In case of early departures there are no refunds.

We advise you to notify us by telephone of the estimated time of arrival and any delays.Customers are requested, upon arrival, to show a valid identification document (Passport or Identity Card) necessary for registration provided for by current legislation.

Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the criminal code and authorizes us to request immediate abandonment. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation. Then you will be shown the room and the common areas at your disposal. The keys of the rooms will be delivered upon arrival; in case of loss there is a penalty of up to € 60.00 which will be fully charged to the guest. The rooms are available from 2.00 pm. It is strictly forbidden, for reasons of public safety, to receive visits and other guests other than those residing there. Any visits must be previously agreed.

On the day of departure the rooms must be absolutely vacated by 11.00, to allow the staff to carry out the cleaning; other times can be agreed at the owner’s discretion. A delay with respect to the established time will result in a charge of 30 euros per room as a penalty.

Breakfast is strictly served from 8:00 to 10:00, in the garden or in the dining room

The rooms are simply furnished. Any damage caused to furniture, furnishings or equipment will be adequately evaluated with the owner for the relative reimbursement. It is forbidden to bring outside anything found in the rooms, bathrooms or internal areas (eg towels, shower towel, etc.). The daily cleaning of the room and bathrooms is carried out every day starting at 11.00 am. The linen is changed every 3 days and at every guest change. In the event that the room is still occupied, cleaning will be postponed to the next day, therefore we invite you to vacate the rooms at the times established for cleaning. The complete change of sheets and towels takes place after the third night.

If the guest causes damage to the structure, to the accessories belonging to the premises assigned to him or of any other kind, he is required to immediately notify the owner and after the necessary checks to charge the related expenses. It is recommended that you turn off the air conditioner and lights whenever you leave the room. The management will take care of the failure to switch off. It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors and in the rooms. It is our pleasure to inform you that our rooms do not have safety boxes for the safekeeping of valuables, therefore we invite you not to leave any valuables unattended both in the bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. Pets are not allowed. The management declines all responsibility for any injuries to minors (eg in the play area), who must be accompanied by their parents.
